I need some help! I'm a Liberian born Romanian citizen. I left liberia in 1989, and have lived in Zimbabwe since then. My romanian passport has expired, and in order to renew it, I was told that my Liberian birth certificate must be superlegalized with the apostille conform the Hague Convention, from Liberia. My problem is that I can't get a hold any contact liberian contact details. I called the Liberian embassies in Berlin, London and New York, but none knew of any telephone numbers. I'm afraid that if I send my birth certificate, I might not receive in back. Can anyone help me?
